Personal Injury Attorney | Founder
At the helm of Thompson Law Firm is Christy Thompson, whose most closely-held value is helping others. She has invested her life’s work and livelihood in solving complex problems for people at a time when the issues at hand seem insurmountable and grief has rightfully consumed their being. Having always been curious about the legal profession, Christy attended the University of Nevada at Reno and obtained her J.D. from Willamette School of Law in 1997. Less than 10 years later she founded the Thompson Law Firm with the intention of fighting for justice when necessary and supporting her clients every step of the way before, during, and after the resolution of their case. Christy and the Thompson Law Firm continue to live by these ideals.
Always willing to go to battle for her clients, Christy is recognized as a tough but kind attorney. Tough in the courtroom, where it counts, empathetic and mindful in her personal interactions. Her determination to succeed is evident not only in the positive outcome of the cases she has tried but also in the success of her firm, which possesses an A+ ranking by the Better Business Bureau. Christy continues to support her standing as a prominent Arizona personal injury attorney through membership in the Arizona State Bar Association and the Maricopa County Bar Association.
According to Christy, “People don’t realize how daunting it can be to deal with insurance companies or nursing homes after suffering an unexpected, tragic loss. I joined the legal profession to take this additional pain and frustration away from my clients. We are here to help pick up the pieces.” It is this professional dedication that motivates both her and the Thompson Law Firm team to succeed. Her background in political science, English, and law speak to her analytical prowess.
Christy’s passion for community is as strong as her desire for justice. She has served on the board for both the Chandler Center for the Arts and the local chapter of MADD. She has been active on the Downtown Chandler Redevelopment Committee. Above all, Christy stands for integrity in both word and deed.
